KINGSTON MARKET

The distinctive, mid-Victorian, former town hall of Kingston Upon Thames really is the heart of the town I've called home for the past 35 years.

Indeed, the last time I painted this scene was in the mid-1990s. The sprawling market of old is long gone replaced by a piazza — which seems fitting for such an Italianate building.

Oil on canvas presented in a plain "float" style frame in off-white.
